Dr. Weasel is a renowned molecular biologist and a recipient of a grant from the National Science Foundation to study the issue of genetically modified food. A graduate of Harvard and Cambridge Universities, she is currently a professor of biology at Portland State University and was a member of Oregon Governor Ted Kulongoski's task force on developing policy for bio-pharmaceutical crops in Oregon.
