Tribal Table

Your reservation is waiting at The Tribal Table, a feast of exquisite dining and cultural learning.

Explore Green was founded on protecting and revitalizing our planet. To communicate those goals, we need to understand those cultures that have for generations had a deep connection to the land and water. With that critical connection, we are launching an ambitious project to bring people into the precious circle of knowledge of about how our food system used to be and where it is going now.

The Tribal Table assembles the most prominent Native American and First Nations chefs in North America. Our goal is to learn about sustainable food systems before agribusiness when people lived off what they grew, hunted and fished in their indigenous communities. These celebrated chefs have astonishing credentials. They have been the focus of culinary and news media as part of a growing revival of truly delicious and natural foods before the word “organic” was ever conceived.

We are proud to bring these amazing talents to cities, resorts and restaurants around the world. It is more than just a great meal. It’s the stories of their tribes, their insight, their passion and their personal paths in these “modern” times.

These are not-to be missed opportunities to explore what came before and to connect with our future.
